Compensation & Core Highlights:
- Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 / hour (Based on experience).
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire (Internal from Day 1).
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Paid Time Off (PTO).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in installing commercial ductwork, HVAC equipment, hangers, supports, and mechanical piping.
- Measure, cut, assemble, stage, and position installation materials as directed by the Foreman.
- Safely operate standard hand and power tools of the HVAC trade.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas on active commercial job sites.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical, sheet metal, or related construction trades.
- Tool Knowledge: Comfortable and proficient using standard construction hand and power tools.
- Transportation & Licensing: Reliable personal vehicle/transportation to travel to daily jobsite locations, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass our MVR requirements for insurance purposes.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, safety-minded, and eager to learn under experienced leads.
