We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman / Lead to manage active job sites, direct field installation crews, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. When you work with our agency, we represent you directly to decision-makers, handle the scheduling, and advocate for your top rate.
Compensation & Core Highlights:
- Pay Range: $35.00 – $40.00 / hour (Based on experience)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire (Internal from Day 1)
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Paid Time Off (PTO)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate daily tasks for on-site installers and helpers.
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints/drawings to execute field layouts for ductwork, equipment, supports, and piping.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
- Serve as the main site point of contact, communicating progress, material needs, and field updates to Project Managers and General Contractors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on commercial HVAC installation experience.
- Technical Ability: Proficient in reading mechanical plans and laying out commercial ductwork and mechanical systems in the field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of running a crew, keeping productivity high, and driving job site safety.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license required with the ability to pass MVR requirements for insurance purposes.
